| Executive House Apartments |
The following are the parking regulations for Executive House Apartments:
1. All visitors must park their vehicles off property between the hours of 4:00pm thru 10:00am (including weekends).
2. The parking area on the west side of the guard rail is not our parking lot. If you choose to park in that area, you will be towed.
3. If you have purchased a new vehicle or have a temporary vehicle you must register that vehicle with Winwood Properties.
4. No Warning Notices will be issued.
5. Clifton Edgewater Investments or its Agents have complete authorization to tow vehicles, at any time, that are in violation of the parking regulations.
6. Winwood Properties may limit the number of vehicles any resident may have on the property at any time.
7. At no time may an inoperable car be parked on the lot. Any vehicle that is clearly immobile and/or abandoned will be towed. Please alert the management office of any unique circumstances.
8. Vehicles parked in the following areas will be towed immediately: Driveways, Next to Dumpsters, Along side the garages, in the garage (unless renting a space) and any other area that is not within the yellow striped parking spaces.
9. Clifton Edgewater Investments or its Agents reserve the right to modify the rules at any time.

The following are the parking regulations for Bellecliff Apartments:
1. All visitors must park their vehicles off property between the hours of 6:30pm thru 10:00am (including weekends).
2. If you have purchased a new vehicle or have a temporary vehicle you must register that vehicle with Winwood Properties.
3. No Warning Notices will be issued.
4. Clifton Edgewater Investments or its Agents have complete authorization to tow vehicles, at any time, that are in violation of the parking regulations.
